Hello Fellow Astrology Lovers,
How many of you have been having car troubles this past week?! It has been astonishing to witness so many cars breaking down the same week Mars stationed retrograde in Gemini. I personally know six people who have had car issues, and one who had a train malfunction, since the retrograde started on Halloween. This is definitely a good time to get your vehicles checked out so nothing too serious happens on the roads!
Mars will stay retrograde till January 13th, 2023, and besides the obvious time to fix our vehicles, this is also a great time to ‘fix’ any actions that might’ve got us on an erroneous path, since early September 2022, when Mars first hit the shadow degree of 8 degrees Gemini.
Mars is our assertiveness and our willingness to fight, and in Gemini it can manifest by coming through in sharp hurtful words. This Mars retrograde gives us pause to Re-think, Re-assert, Re-do our actions so they better align with how we want to move forward and express ourselves. Retrogrades are blessings in disguise, I believe, so we don’t keep running full steam ahead, especially if we took a wrong turn somewhere down the line.
In other important planetary news, we are about to have an intense Taurus Full Moon Eclipse on Tuesday November 8th, 2022. Yes, Election Day Mayhem straight ahead!
Tuesday, November 8th, 2022, 3:02 a.m., P.S.T., San Francisco, CA, USA

Lunar Eclipses always happen on a Full Moon. The Earth’s shadow crosses over the Moon, making it blood-red or rusty colored, and offering us an alternative view. Astronomically we will witness a total lunar Eclipse across North and Central America, and in the early evening, after moonrise, in Asia and Australia.
Astrologically, the full moon conjunct the North Node, will be illuminating our karmic future ahead. The energy of an Eclipse can be felt for weeks, even months after, and many life-changing situations happen at a faster speed during Eclipses. We are offered insights to situations we might have not noticed before and thus we are able to change our path ahead.
Taurus as a Fixed Earth sign likes stability, reliability, tapping into one’s senses and enjoying the pleasures of life. The Full Moon here will be illuminating these things for us, but there will be unexpected revelations coming as well. Uranus conjunct the Eclipsed Moon may suddenly awaken us to situations and things we had never considered before. Uranus, the Rebel, will definitely bring on the unexpected twists during this lunation.
While the Sun is in Scorpio, our journeys are infused with psychological ponderings of the strange unseen forces around. What are the true motives of “the powers that be”, what are the secrets and what is being hidden from plain sight? Mercury and Venus are both in conjunction to the Sun in Scorpio, and opposite the Eclipsed Moon, bringing in extra doses of intuitive explorations of our thoughts, values, and relationships.
The square to the Eclipsed Moon from Saturn has us noticing our responsibilities, perhaps questioning authorities, and acknowledging the structures Saturn-ruled governments have created for our communities and social organizations.
There is even a sextile from Neptune in Pisces to the Eclipsed Full Moon, bringing about our wishes for higher understanding, caring for our collective, the planet, and the Underdogs of our World, but perhaps it is all just an illusion.
Will Election Day promises be held? Can we trust the authorities to do the ‘right’ thing? There is quite the list of planetary characters up in the Heavens, sharing their wisdoms with us, and it is up to us to do the best we can, with the cards we have been dealt.
Wishing you all an enlightened Full Moon Eclipse time ahead.
