Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer Information
Due to the large amount of time that goes into preparing and translating charts for consultations, any appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours are considered forfeit. If you have to cancel the appointment please do so at your earliest convenience, by emailing email@example.com.
Appointments are only confirmed once payments are made, the Disclaimer has been signed and there is confirmation and receipt of both. If Alexandria Consulting Services needs to reschedule, a new appointment can be created at the earliest possible time that is mutually convenient.
Any astrological information in a consultation is not to replace trained medical, psychological or financial experts' advice that clients receive. Prior to any consultation clients must sign the Alexandria Consulting Services Disclaimer.
Alexandria Consulting Services will not sell your personal information! Your information will only be shared for transactional processing, orders, and analytic tracking for company use.
We take internet privacy and security very seriously. Alexandria Consulting Services will NEVER give, sell or otherwise share your email address, mailing addresses, your phone numbers, credit card data, birth data or order history, to any third party for any reason!

We request information from you on our order form. To make a purchase from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
Information you provide to order an Astrological Reading will only be used for your personal reading. This information will be used to create your Natal Chart, Solar Arc Chart, and/or other Astrological Charting for the express purpose of conducting your reading. This information is stored on our server privately for backup and scheduling, and is only accessed by employees for the purpose of the scheduling, billing and performing duties related to your Astrological Reading.
Sharing Transactional Information & Payment Processing
We use PayPal, including PayPal credit and credit card processing, to bill users for goods and services.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
